What is Podiatry?

Podiatry, also known as Chiropody, is a branch of medicine regulated by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Only HCPC-registered professionals are legally entitled to use the terms “Chiropody” or “Podiatry.” We are proud to have Chantelle, our HCPC-registered podiatrist, in clinic.

Qualified in 2021, Chantelle gained valuable experience working for the NHS in West Kent, treating complex patients and developing a passion for surgical procedures, including regular ingrown toenail removal. Much of her expertise lies in diabetic foot care and managing lower limb concerns, ensuring comprehensive support for those with specific health needs.

We welcome all clients to our clinic, where foot health is a priority. Healthy feet are essential for overall well-being, mobility, and comfort, and our professional team provides expert care in a safe and welcoming environment.

Initial Consultation

During your first appointment, Chantelle will:
Conduct a thorough assessment of your feet and nails
Discuss your medical history and any foot concerns
Perform a doppler assessment to listen to foot pulses
Provide a tailored treatment plan for your specific needs

Regular podiatry appointments help maintain foot health, treat minor issues before they worsen, and provide ongoing care for chronic conditions.

Verutop Therapy
A topical treatment that uses a specially formulated solution to gently remove veruccas (warts) by breaking down the affected skin. It’s a non-invasive, pain-free option that encourages natural healing.
Verucca Needling
This technique uses tiny needles to create micro-injuries in the skin, stimulating the body’s immune response to target and eliminate veruccas more effectively. It’s an advanced method that promotes faster and thorough removal.

Chantelle offers an immediate fungal test (available at an additional cost) to quickly determine if a fungal infection is present in your nails. Once confirmed, she will discuss the best treatment options tailored to your needs. Together, you’ll begin a personalized journey toward healthier, clearer toenails.
