Includes nail soak, nail cutting, file and shape, cuticle work, hand and arm scrub, removal with hot towels, hand and arm massage, hydration mask with heated mitts with an optional choice of application of your chosen colour andfinishing oil.
Skin Recovery Hydration Treatment

Walk in appointments are subject to availability, but always worth trying. A 50% deposit is required for all bookings to secure your appointment and cover our cancellation policy.
Age Restrictions
16+ for all treatments, except manicures or pedicures for clients under 16, which must have an adult present. Some waxing treatments also require an adult to be present.
Before Your Appointment
A consultation form is emailed 48 hours prior to your appointment
Appointment reminders are sent 72 hours prior
Please disclose any medical conditions on your consultation form
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 2 days in advance without penalty
Cancellations or reschedules the day before or on the day of the appointment will incur a fee:
Standard: 50% of the booking fee
Same day cancellations: we will try to fill the slot; if unable, 100% of the booking fee may be charged
Late Arrivals
We will do our best to complete your app ointment within the remaining allocated time.
Treatments may be shortened if arriving late
Payment
Payments can be made by cash, card, or bank transfer.
Deposits are non refundable unless the booking slot is successfully filled.
Online bookings can securely hold your card to avoid giving details over the phone.
Gift Vouchers
Can be purchased online via the booking system (emailed) or in the salon (physical vouchers).
Valid for 1 year and redeemable at any time, except for raffle donated vouchers during December.
Patch Testing
Required 48 hours before your appointment if not previously done
Applies to: lash lifts, eyebrow and lash tinting, hybrid tint.
Failure to attend a patch test may result in the full treatment charge.
Client Responsibility
Clients must inform us of any medical changes.
Consultation forms can be updated online.
Children and Pets
Children are preferred not to attend appointments to maintain a relaxing environment
Dogs are allowed only if very well behaved, remain in the salon front, and are not allowed in treatment rooms.
Guests may attend if space allows, but not during massages, facials, or intimate waxing treatments.
Lost or Damaged Items
The salon accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged items.
Lost items will be held behind the counter and the client notified immediately.
